Stay safe on the shoulder

A flat on a live road is the dangerous part, not the tire. Do these four things as soon as you've called.

  1. Get off the travel lane. Roll slowly to the right shoulder, an exit ramp or a lot — a ruined rim costs less than a collision.
  2. Hazards on, wheels turned away from traffic, and leave the parking brake set.
  3. Exit through the passenger side and wait behind the guardrail, never between your car and moving traffic.
  4. Don't change it yourself on a narrow shoulder. That's the call to make — we work with cones and a beacon so you don't have to.

How fast can you get to me?
About 45 minutes to most callouts. Traffic, weather and how busy the night is can move that, so we give you a real arrival window on the phone rather than a promise we can't keep — and if we can't reach you quickly, we say so up front.
Can my tire be repaired?
Punctures in the tread area, roughly up to a quarter inch across, are repairable — that's a plug and patch at $225. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder, a tear, or a tire that was driven flat for any distance can't be safely repaired. The technician shows you the damage and tells you straight if it isn't fixable. If we can source your size we'll bring a replacement out, from $299 fitted; if not, we'll fit your spare so you can drive to a shop.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Tapping the text button opens your messaging app with the three things we need already typed out — the service you want, exactly where the car is, and the year, make and model. Fill those in, add a photo of the tire if you can take one safely, and send. For a live-lane emergency, calling is still faster.
How and when do I pay?

Flat tire repair and spare tire installation: paid in full to confirm your service.

Tire replacement: a $100 deposit secures your appointment, with the balance due on completion.
